Hi, I’m Thecla Farrell — a Social Therapeutic Coach with a background in both community theatre and corporate settings. I work with individuals, couples, and groups to explore new ways of seeing, relating, and growing.

My clients include global professionals, new managers, scientists, artists, and bodyworkers. What unites them is a desire to grow through life transitions, challenging work dynamics, and shifting relationships. I offer a creative and collaborative approach to coaching that draws from the arts, performance, and social therapeutics to spark insight and change.
